This macro fills a gap in standard Airtable functionality: the ability to upload multiple images to a database easily. Previously, the only option was to manually enter each and every link or file from a user’s computer.
With this macro, a user is able to record the process of uploading their images and play it on repeat until the task is done. After setup, all that is needed to upload images is to specify the quantity and press play, taking hours of work out of manual entry (especially for databases containing thousands of images).
